Can I get a sample?
Free samples are available if the quantity is small or value is low, with express charges covered by the buyer. Sample costs can be deducted from the first formal order.
What are your payment terms?
T/T in U.S. dollars or EUR. For orders above US$10,000, it is 30% T/T in advance, balance against B/L copy. For orders below US$10,000, 100% T/T in advance.
What is the lead/shipment time?
The lead time is usually within 15-40 days after receiving your deposit. Sea shipment from China to Europe takes about 22 days, and to the US West Coast about 20 days.
